Our Final Thoughts
This is the end of our initial email wave. Any others we received were unintelligible, or obvious lies. Some insisted this must be a viral advertising campaign.
We can live with the false leads. The similarities between our chosen tales are remarkable. The woman wears similar clothes in all of them. Many reference the statue of Sulis Mineva. Several mention shards of metal that we can only assume are curse tablets. And we never asked our participants to reference the waters of Bath. Yet this is the link between all of the emails, from canals to snow to coffee machines.
There is every chance these are coincidences. We are chasing our contributors for more information. But thanks to them, we have decided to try again. A new wave of adverts now sit on websites and magazines around Bath and the South West.
If we can find more evidence, the potential metaphysical conclusions are immense. We are a long way off proving the existence of a goddess, but if we can prove lots of people believe they have seen her, then that is an intriguing revelation.
Plus now we know the city more. It's amazing how much water there is in Bath. How you can walk down a street, and see walls next to each other created hundreds of years apart. We want to find out more.
Consider this to be ‘Wave One.’ What happens next we will get to in Wave Two. So come back and join us on April 16th for our next instalment.
